Bangkok - Korat

At 08.30 a.m. our guide will picked up you from the hotel and transferred to Korat with air-condition minibus. After check in at the hotel, you will start the first exploration at Phimai Sanctuary. The Phimai sanctuary is the largest stone sanctuary in Thailand. It was built during the 11th and 12th centuries A.D... A traveler to Phimai from the south would have probably traveled either by the road from Angkor or by boat on the Khem Stream. Near their intersection is a cruciform laterite structure believed to have been Phimai's landing pier. Passing a Rishi's quarters and a small hospital or dispensary, the road continues to Victory Gate, the entrance to Phimai city. Later, return to the hotel and free at your leisure.

Korat - Burirum

After breakfast, our group will transfer to Burirum. Lunch at a local restaurant then, you and your company could fresh up before lead to the Phanom Rung Sanctuary. The Phanom Rung Sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and important Khmer historic sites in Thailand. It was built during the 12th century A.D. and is set on top of Phanom Rung Hill in Tambon Ta Pek, Chaloem Phra Khiat District, Buriram Province. Phanom Rung is the original name and is mentioned in stone inscriptions excavated in this area. It is a religious sanctuary dedicated to the God Shiva, the supreme Hindu deity. It symbolizes Mount Kailasa , the heavenly abode of Shiva. It has been designed to emphasize the central building, the principal tower, which faces east. Not far from there, we will get to Muangtam Sanctuary. Muang Tam is located 8 km east of Phanom Rung. It is considered to have been constructed around the 11th - 12th century A.D. and to be one of the most beautiful Khmer temples in Thailand. The restoration was completed and opened to the public in 1997. West of Muang Tam is a large ancient reservoir (Baray). The site is connected to Phanom Rung by a good road passing very old villages. Later on, return to the hotel.

Korat - Ubonratchatani

This morning, you will check out early morning and transfer to Ubonratchathani. Lunch at local restaurant, you will have a wonderful sightseeing on the way before arrival on Ubonratchathani. Then, check in at the hotel. Free at your leisure

Ubonratchathani – Pha Tam National Park
Meals: B L
After breakfast, our guide will bring you to Pha Tam National Park where you see the longest painting stretches out over 180 meters of the cliff wall and contains not less than 300 paintings which is the most you can find on one site in Thailand and the rest of the world.
Lunch at a local restaurant and return to the hotel

Ubonratchathani – Chong Mek Border
Meals: B L
This morning, our guide will transfer you to “Chong Mek Border” where you see the Thai-Laos border, and explore the market. Then, transfer to the city for visiting Pa-Aow Village the village of bronze ware where you see how to create bronze ware as originally. Besides, you will see the Demonstration Center of bronze ware and Thai silks as well. Return to the hotel

Free at leisure until the time transfer to the airport. Fly to Bangkok and have a wonderful trip. |
