Day 01: Yangon
Our company representative will meet you on your morning flight arrival at Yangon International Airport.
Transfer to the hotel.
An afternoon sightseeing tour includes the old colonial style city center with the Sule Pagoda, the tranquil Kandawgyi Lake with the Karaweik Hall, a royal floating barge which is an ideal spot to take pictures of the beautiful lake with its shores lined with gardens and trees. Then, an extended visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments, will conclude the tour of this picturesque Garden City. The golden dome of the
Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold.

Day 02: Yangon – Bagan (by air)
Transfer to Yangon Airport for your domestic flight to the ancient capital of Bagan.
Upon arrival in Bagan, you will first transfer to your hotel and then begin the sightseeing, starting with the busy local market. We continue with visits to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples such as; the Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century; Gu Byauk Gyi, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes; Khay Min Ga Temple, noted for its spectacular panoramic view of the area’s many monuments; and Ananda Temple with its four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior.
In the afternoon we will have a visit to a lacquer craftsmen’s workshop in the nearby Myingkaba village and continue with sightseeing at the Manuha Temple, built in the Mon style in 1059; Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha; and Myingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural paintings.
From there we board a small local boat in the late afternoon for a sunset cruise on the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River (or enjoy the sunset at the one of the ancient temples).

Day 03: Bagan – Heho – Pindaya – Inle Lake
Transfer to Nyaung Oo (Bagan) Airport for domestic flight to Heho.
Upon arrival in Heho, proceed by road to Pindaya (95 km / 2½ hrs) to visit the Pindaya Caves, unique for the thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many centuries. In the afternoon, we will drive by road to Inle Lake (60 km / 1½ hrs).
Transfer by boat to the hotel on the lake.
Overnight on Inle Lake.
Day 04: Inle Lake
An excursion by boat on the scenic Inle Lake will include sights of the famous leg-rowers, the typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing and village life. Visits will also be made to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, the weaving village of Inpawkhon, and many other sights.
Overnight on the lake.
Day 05: Inle Lake – Heho – Yangon
Transfer to Heho Airport for your domestic return flight to Yangon.
Our car and guide will be at the clients’ disposal for further sightseeing or shopping, and an opportunity to visit Bogyoke (Scott’s) Market, until departure by international flight in the evening.
